It's hard to choose which offers the Best Siopao here in the Philippines But, for me itz Ying Ying Tea House along Dasmarinas Street has become my favorite place for dimsum and Siopao. Amoy palang ng Lugar kala mo nasa hongkong tea house ka na! one of my Favorite here is the toasted wanton noodle hmmmm sarap!! Their bola-bola siopao masarap den consists of Chinese sausage pork and red egg, and a special sauce ....ohhh lala!I love the prices – so affordable.
