“Sisig” is a term in “kapampangan” home of the best sisig in the Philippines. The original sisig is in Angeles Pampanga. For me nobody can make the perfect savory sizzling sisig except the Kapampangans..after going to the hot air balloon Festival, We Proceed To aling LUCING’s Restaurant For Dinner. We ordered hotdog, chicken barbecue ,liempo, SISIG ,To complete the oh so Kapampangan meal, We ordered the not so good smelling burong nasi and fresh mustasa or mustard leaves... smells like hell taste's like heaven.. ANGSARAAAAAP! Overall, a good experience and yummy food. sabi nga nila If you want good food, sometimes you have to ignore the atmosphere. For the prices and the flavors, you'll forget all about the ambiance anyway. Finally, now i know that there’s one great reason to go to Angeles Pampanga again... located : at Valdez St Agapito Del Rosario Angeles City,Pampanga
